What you need to bid
Anyone can sign up and browse the map. To place a bid, GroundBid needs:
- Identity verification
- Proof of insurance
- A trade license where your trade requires one (Roofing, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Remodeling, and Pest & Weed Control)
- A Stripe payout account, so you can be paid
